EPOXY PROCESS
Preperation
Our prep sets the foundation for a durable finish. We assess moisture and surface condition, mechanically profile the concrete, remove contaminants, repair cracks, and clean to a dust-free state. We apply primer if needed and verify readiness.
Apply Epoxy
We apply a high-performance epoxy coating onto a properly prepared, primed surface, delivering a durable, seamless finish with even color and UV resistance. Our process ensures precise coverage, proper cure, and a factory-like, long-lasting result.
Cure Time
Light foot traffic can typically begin after 12–24 hours, while full hardness may take 3–7 days. Allow 72 hours up to a full week before parking vehicles to avoid tire marks, with warmer temperatures speeding the cure and higher humidity slowing it down.
